West Virginia Announces 2024 Company Appointment Renewal Dates

On May 3, 2024, West Virginia announced their 2024 Company Appointment Renewal Dates. Active appointments on record as of May 31st, 2024, will be invoiced for renewals. The renewal period ends on August 31, 2024.

Maryland Announces 2024 Company Appointment Renewal Dates

Effective June 3, 2024, Maryland company appointment renewal invoices will be available for payment through August 30, 2024. Termination deadline is May 24, 2024.

Arkansas 2024 Company Appointment Renewals for Insurance Producers

On March 5, 2024, Arkansas issued a bulletin identifying dates related to 2024 company appointment renewals for insurance producers. See attachment. 

FINRA Publishes Notice Announcing Effective Dates of Two New Supplementary Materials 3110.19 and 3110.18

NIPR Announces Retirement of Company Specialized Report

Effective 6/1/2024, NIPR will be retiring the company specialized report (CSR) that some carriers have been using to check licenses. They feel this product no longer meets industry compliance needs.
